Circuit—Sequence

Circuit—Sequence is a set of mobile lighting sculptures that integrates industrial steel cables as both structural components and active elements in a positive-negative circuit. These cables showcase their conductivity, load-bearing capacity, and tensile strength, transforming unseen physical phenomena into tangible expressions of art and design.
Developed in collaboration with ZAP, the lighting fixtures, hardware, and conductive systems were meticulously designed to complement the sculptures. The tension and conductivity of the steel cables power the suspended lighting tubes, adding a luminous dimension to this artistic exploration of motion and energy.
The series includes a large bow-shaped structure and a smaller ring-shaped design, each representing a distinct state of static equilibrium that captures the dynamic interplay of energy and mechanics.
